I just love when the holidays are near, you can just eat as many delicious cookies as you want, and no one can blame you. Just recently, I was sent a delicious Fall Cookie Sampler by Gingerista and I must admit they are quite tasty.
Let’s get you acquainted with Gingerista: “The company is the brainchild of Chandra McLaughlin and Jessica Jones, two new moms who traded the corporate world for the kitchen to bring you an update on an American classic: the gingerbread cookie. They’re made from a family recipe that’s been passed down for more than 50 years, out of ingredients that are of the highest quality, frosted by hand, and packaged in eco-friendly materials”.
When I first received the cookies they were so lovely to look at, that I didn’t even one to take them out of the box. The cookies were individually packaged for freshness and came in a beautifully packaged gift box. The cookies are colorfully decorated with frosting and will stand out on any holiday table. Now, meet the Cookie Family, Harriet and Harry (the two adults), Kiddo’s (the kids) and of course fish, dog and cat complete the family. You can order their various sets or you can even customize your own cookie. Since, Sophia loves blue, she chose blue for her own cookie frosting color. Isn’t that wonderful. We will have lots of blue cookies in our house during the holiday season. The cookies are so soft, moist, and melts away in your mouth. They are very light and definitely tasty. Sophia and I were nibbling away on them that my husband said “don’t eat it all, save some for me”, and we all started to giggle. These cookies will make a great Holiday Gift or for any other special occasion.
Win: Two lucky readers will each win a Fall Cookie Sampler Box.

I think it’s cool that the cookies were used as Halloween treats. Way to go…being original.
How cute are those cookies?! I love that they’re homemade from a family recipe that’s been passed down for more than 50 years – nothing better than good old-fashioned family recipes!

I learned no 2 Gingerista cookies are alike and each are handmade.
I learned that the cookies were first made and given out on Halloween for YEARS before Gingerista was born!
