Nickelodeon Christmas DVD’s Review and Giveaway-CLOSED

As I am looking at the calendar, I can’t hardly believe that Christmas is 16 days away. Yep, the little one is constantly counting the days and is even placing stickers on the calendar as we come closer to the final day. Christmas time is always fun. One thing I like about this time of year,  is that almost  all the TV shows and movies have Christmas themes and songs too. There is music everywhere.

NIckelodeon has released Dora the Explorer: Dora’s Christmas Carol Adventure DVD. It is filled with original Christmas songs that are sure to be with a hit with the kids. There are also some exclusive extra scenes. Join Dora as she helps Swiper get back on to Santa’s Nice List. She travels to the past, present, and future to find out about the true spirit of Christmas.  Sophia loved this because she got to see a baby Swiper.  Her favorite character from Dora the Explorer would definitely  be “Dora”.   Another great stocking stuffer is the ” Dora’s Christmas CD” it features 16 classic christmas songs such as Deck the Halls, Sleigh Ride, Feliz Navidad and much more.  The DVD’s and CD are available at Amazon. This CD will make any little one happy.

My daughter also loves The Backyardigans and eventhough she loves all of them but  her favorite character has to be Pablo. They are always on exciting adventures and their songs are always so catchy. Now for the first time ever, Nickelodeon releases a Backyardigans holiday DVD, The Backyardigans: Christmas With The Backyardigans. Join them as they help find Santa’s missing magic sack of gifts. As with all of The Backyardigans episodes, this too is filled with songs and dances from several musical genres like Memphis Soul, Hootenanny and Balalaika Orchestra. The minute this was over, Sophia said, play it again Mama.
