City Creek Candles

I am a big fan of candles and love them everywhere in my house. I just love the smell of the lovely aromas flowing through the entire house, it puts a big smile on my face. Since I have been looking for some fresh new scents of candles to light in my home, I was quite happy that City Creek Candles wanted me to test out a few of their lovely items. I graciously accepted the offer and was ready and able to test these candles out.

What I love about the City Creek Candles is that they are non-toxic which makes it a number one in my book. Having children I tend to look for products that are non-toxic in order to keep my little ones safe. Because my little son’s hands are in and on everything!

The moment I received the candles I was truly mesmerized by the scents that were flowing out of the box, and that is without even lighting them! It was truly wonderful.

Let’s take a look at City Creek Candles Heritage Collections.  I literally love the look of this collection and the scents are amazing. What is special about the Heritage Collections is that it brings a perfect accompaniment to any room you place this candle in. The collection features three lovely ceramic shapes, and comes in four magically scented fragrances. Each candle in this collection is poured with white wax. One of my favorite parts of this collection is that once the wax/candle is all burned out, you can easily use the ceramic containers in various ways such as a vase, pencil holder, ice-cream bowl or pour more wax in it. They definitely make my home a touch more beautiful and smell wonderful as well.

The Serene Woods in the Regal Vase comes in a 14 oz. vase  and has a blend of various scents : Blonde woods, weathering pine, a hint of spice and lime zest.  It smells absolutely breath taking.  I placed this in my bedroom because the ceramic piece matches my bedroom decor.  It retails for 19.99.

Sugared Citrus in 24 oz. Vintage Urn: I find this scent refreshing, clean and calming at the same time. It is a blend of Fresh citrus, tropical fruit and pure sugar cane. My husband loves this one because he stated that it smells great. Of course I love the ceramic piece and love, love the color of it as well. After lighting it, I kept it on for about 2o minutes and it sure keeps your kitchen and almost the entire house smelling absolutely wonderful. Love it.  This retails for $27.99.

Warm Vanilla Fleur De Lis 30 oz Basin : A scent with delicate notes of warm vanilla and sweet sugar. I personally love the scent of vanilla, it is not over baring which makes it so relaxing. Once I kept on lighting it, I just didn’t want to blow it out. It has sweet girlie smell, that my daughter likes. I also placed this one in the kitchen right next to the stove.  It retails for $34.99.

White Flower comes in 24oz. Vintage Urn:  The moment I layed my eyes on this ceramic piece, I knew instantly where I would place it. In my bathroom, because it goes so well with my lovely valance over my bath tub. It was like it was made just to be placed there 🙂  It has a variety of scents from fresh-cut lilies of the valley and magnolias, paired with soft sandalwood and white amber. I took a nice bubble bath and lit the candle and I almost fell a sleep by just smelling this calm, refreshing scent, that was taking over my entire bathroom. For a second I thought I was taking a bath in the petals of a fresh flower. The scent is so pure that you can sit for hours just smelling the fragrance flowing through the entire room. This candle retails for  $27.99

Pineapple Cilantro in a 16 oz jar:  This is definitely a scent that anyone will truly like. With the following combination of zest from cilantro, and sweet pineapple it will definitely make anyone want try it out. I love the soft green color which will easily add pop to any room.  I placed this one in the guest bathroom.  It retails for $19.99.

Warm Vanilla Classic in a 10 oz jar:   The size of this candle is perfect for my sewing area. While I am sewing at night I sure love a nice scent of freshness surrounding me. This sure will make my sewing projects go by even faster :). I Personally love the blend of warm vanilla and sweet sugar. It sure puts a sewing lady at ease :).  It retails for $14.99.

Santa’s Cookie 22 oz jar:  This one is my daughter’s favorite. She wanted to light it immediately, and placed it in her room.  With a scent of fresh from the oven sugar cookies topped with rich vanilla icing, it will make you want to really eat up the candle 🙂  It retails for $24.99.

City Creek Candles also sent me some amazing scented wax melts which can be used in the new Illumination Warmer from Candle Warmers. I received the Chevron Illumination Warmer and the Plug In Fragrance Warmer and they go so well with the wax melt.   The aroma that flows through the entire house is breathtaking.
