I always wanted to try and learn Yoga. It looks so peaceful and easy to do. That is when I found out about Pulse Yoga. With the use of free weights and easy micro-movements, you will be able to learn Yoga in no time. At the same time, you will be building up strength and toning the entire body. The Pulse Yoga DVD Set includes the Basic, Balance in Motion, Balance & Tone, Stamina & Strength, and Express. The DVD is an hour long, except for the Express Yoga DVD which is only a 30 minute work out. Each video has two instructors which is done at the same time but at various levels, so you can decide which level fits right for you. I truly had fun with these videos and my little was even trying to do the Yoga moves. Now, if I can only get my husband to do the same. I’d love to have some type of excersise I can do at home. After 4 kids lets just say everything is in the wrong places. Plus I have damage in my spine and Dr has recomended Yoga as something I should try =)

I would love to get this for my mother-in-law. She needs to become more mobile after her heart attack and I have been helping her do simple exercises but this seems like it may be perfect for her.
