Tasty Thanksgiving Smoothies

When Sophia and I were outside today collecting pine cones, we noticed all the yellow, orange, brown and red leaves. So I thought it would be a great idea to make some Tasty Thanksgiving Smoothies.

I absolutely love smoothies. As a matter of fact, when I was pregnant, I had to have a mango smoothie everyday. One thing about a mango smoothie is it perfectly yellow, and a strawberry smoothie is perfectly red. And, since red and yellow make orange, we have our Tasty Thanksgiving Smoothie colors. Here is what you will need.

Ingredients:
Strawberries
Mangos
Banana
Apple Juice
Honey
Ice

Strawberry Mango Banana

To make the yellow mango smoothie: Add some cut mango, ice, apple juice and honey – if you want to make it sweeter; into a blender. Blend until smooth, pour into a glass add a straw and enjoy.

To make the orange smoothie: Add some cut mango, strawberries, ice, apple juice and honey. Blend until smooth, pour into a glass add a straw and enjoy. Sophia loves blue, so she had to put a blue straw in her Tasty Thanksgiving Smoothie.

Not only are these Tasty Thanksgiving smoothies healthy but they can definitely be served to anyone. They will definitely be a hit at the children’s Thanksgiving table as well.  Now, what are you waiting for, go on and make some fresh, delicious smoothies.
