flipflop wines

April 25, 2011

Summer is just around the corner and I can’t wait, because Summertime is beach-time. Time to put away all of those winter outfits and change into some nice, relaxing and comfortable clothes. One signature of Summer clothes and the laid-back lifestyle is the flip flop sandal. They are so easy to slip into and come in a variety of colors, perfect for almost any outfit. Speaking of flip flops, I would like to introduce to everyone flipflop wines.

Coming from California and the love for a casual, laid-back lifestyle; vintner, David Georges has crafted some affordable wines that complement the everyday casual lifestyle. His flipflop wines, have an expression of individuality, and a sense of comfort that pair extremely well with foods that make people feel at home. With seven different varieties from Chardonnay, Riesling, Pinot Grigio, Moscato, Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot and Pinot Noir, there is a flavor for everyone’s personality. That is the spirit of flipflop wines philosophy “to each, their own.”

David also believes in giving back to the global community, and with his love for his own flip flops and wine. He has partnered up with Soles4Souls, a non-profit group, to give a pair of flip flop sandals to a person in need for each flipflop bottle purchased. Isn’t that great. So go out and try some of flipflop wines seven flavors, not only will you get caught up in the laid back lifestyle, but you will also be doing good also.

Sincerely,

My opinions are my honest, and thoughtful views and were not influenced by any source. I was not compensated monetarily for this review. Thank you to flipflop wines for providing a complimentary sample for the review.

I had just recently learned about Souls4Soles. I saw an episode of Extreme Home Makeover where they sent shoes to Jamaica. Then I found out about this wine. I just got some in, but haven’t had a chance to try it yet.

I love companies who give back= and although I am not much of a wine drinker, I will remember them and what they do if I need to purchase wine for something!
