Well, It sure has been a fun day so far. Sophia was so excited this morning to go to school because she is able to dress up on Halloween. I made sure I had her costume ready to wear the day before, so we did not have to rush to go to school. Sophia dressed up as Venus, and oh my looked stunning. She was way to excited to get to school, so she would be able to see some of her friend before school started.
We left the house a little early and suddenly we heard on the radio that it would be a 100% of rain today. Sophia was a little sad and said “I hope it won’t rain tonight, because I want to go trick-or-treating.” We all hoped for the best, but when I came home it started to rain even harder. Finally, around 3-o’clock the rain stopped. Yea, I said, Halloween is on. The neighborhood church was having a festival at the school at 6 pm and we decided to go. Sophia wanted to dress up as “Ariel” and of course our little man, William dressed up as “Superman”. The kids enjoyed themselves with lots of inflatables, food, music and of course lots of trick-0r-treating out of the trunks of cars. Fun, fun, fun.
After a while, we decided to walk around the neighborhood to do some old-fashioned trick-or-treating. Sophia and William were having the best time. I had to hold William back as he was even trying to go into the houses of some of the neighbors because he wanted more candy. He was so excited to see all the candies that he was screaming for more. All in all, the kids had a great time and that’s all that matter.s

Dawww….look at those babies! Sophie is growing up right before our cyber eyes. I just cannot believe it! Won’t be long before I’m saying the same about little superman :0)
They are so cute. I love their costumes. The Venus costume looked so pretty. It’s awesome that Sophia got the chance to wear two costumes. That must have been really fun for her.
