Do you have a little one that loves apps?  Well, here is what I have in store for you- Santa’s Merry Band by Mibblio.  This app is  an interactive musical/storybook app for children. Do yout know what MIBBLETS are? Well, they are illustrated story-songs that allow children to read along, sing along, and jam along.  Isn’t that fun, I know my little boy was having a blast with it.  This app has a keyboard at the buttom of the ipad screen and has 8 lovely illustrated Mibblets also known as story-songs from some awesome well-known artists.

– G. Love “Christmas Baby”
– The Brian Setzer Orchestra “Dig That Crazy Santa Claus”
– Guster “¿Dónde Está Santa Claus?”
– Indigo Girls “I Feel the Christmas Spirit”
– Emmy the Great & Tim Wheeler “Marshmallow World”
– KT Tunstall “Mele Kalikimaka”
– Dan Hicks “Santa’s Workshop”
– Rosie Thomas “Why Can’t It Be Christmastime All Year?”

The Santa’s Merry Band is a great app for children to enjoy and it is fun as well.  You can download Santa’s Merry Band at itunes and visit Mibblio as well.  This will make a great Holiday Gift App.

Looking for another app to celebrate Hanukkah with Matisyahu and Mibblio.  You can move along with “Happy Hannukah” which is a story song of  Matisyahu’s hit.  Here are some of the features about the app:

• JAM ALONG using Mibblio’s keyboard, “strum pad”, and percussion instruments
• DISCOVER new instrument combinations by muting and soloing individual audio tracks
• UNDERSTAND the key to developing music by building the layers of a song
• ENJOY the beautiful and adorable illustrations!

These apps are great for both kids and adults to enjoy playing the drums, piano and guitar, which are embedded in the apps.  This will make a great holiday gift app as well.

Happy Holidays!

Sincerely,

Thank you mama for remembering to include Hanukkah in your holiday lineup! While my kiddos would appreciate the Christmas music, I do try to include our Jewish friends in a portion of our celebration. Since I wouldn’t know what to look for, the Hanukkah inclusion of this app would take the guess work out..thank you for sharing!
