Well I know that school has already started, but it is never to late to talk about products that will be great for school purposes and other types of project you may have in mind.  Trying to get your kids ready for school can get hectic sometimes, and keeping everything organized and labeled definitely helps a lot. My daughter and maybe even your kids too tends to lose some of their items. Whether it is a sweater, lunch bags, or books; if it is not labeled with their name there is no way of knowing who the item belongs to. That is why it is great to label everything with your child’s name, this way you will know if they do find it they will know exactly who it belongs to.

My daughter has been guilty of losing her sweater quite often, and we kept on buying another one for her. As you know this can get quite expensive, so I was quite delighted to review the Epson LabelWorks LW-600P & Iron-on Labels.  Epson has created an amazing product for everyone especially parents, to simply add a unique, personalized label your children’s clothes, backpacks, lunch bags, shirts, sweaters and more.  Your child’s items will be easily found and will eventually make their way back to your  home.  The labels are durable, and permanent and of course like every person wants to know, washable.  I personally love to label everything and this was by far the best product ever to make my life a little easier. Plus, you can make labels from your smartphone.  Nice right!

I must say that the moment I received the Epson LabelWorks LW-600P and an Epson LabelWorks iron on LC Tape Cartridge 1/2-Inch Black on White, I was totally excited to test it out.  The set up was quite easy and the following items that came with the package were:

  • LW-600P Portable Label Printer
  • ~½” (12 mm) Black on White LC sample tape cassette (5m length)
  • User’s Guide
  • Warranty Card
  • (1) AC Adapter
  • (1) USB Cable

I basically placed the cartridge inside LW-600P Portable Label Printer and fed the tape through the little opening, which was quite simple.  Believe me, anyone can do this. I grabbed my phone and downloaded the Epson iLabel app. Then in my settings I connected to the printer through my bluetooth. Everything was synced to my Epson Label Printer and I was done.  By using my app I typed anything I wanted  and added  logo from many of the adorable symbols.  You can upload your own logo too. Now it was time to print out some labels by just pressing the print button. Yay!!

Here are some the key features of the product:

  • Print smarter — print labels using your iOS or Android™ smartphone or tablet via Bluetooth®
  • Print on the go — compact and battery operated1; also includes an AC adapter
  • Preview labels before printing — save time, reduce waste
  • Versatile — adhesive labels up to one-inch wide, ribbons, iron-on labels, wiring labels, QR code labels and more
  • Personalized — add symbols and graphics or a hand-written message
  • Easy — built-in automatic cutter enables you to quickly print multiple labels
  • Fast — get the labels you want in seconds
  • You talk, it prints2 — supports smartphones and tablets with voice recognition
  • Many compatible apps available3 — download the Epson iLabel app and more
  • Works with most operating systems — supports PC and Mac® via USB

Now with the Epson iron on and machine-washable labels  I was literally in heaven. I love these iron labels because I can now label my daughter’s clothes fast and easy.  You can also try to customize your very own labels by basically doing it anywhere with the LW-600P portable label printer.  There are literary a variety of ways to print out your labels from your smart phone, tablet, PC or even your Mac.  What I like the most about this product is that you can even preview your labels before printing them out.  There are a several tapes to select from up to one inch wide and an automatic cutter.  I definitely like this product a lot and have been using it on a regular basis.  Now, are you ready to make some labels of your own as well. Now, you will have a chance to win one for yourself.

I would use this for labeling my children’s belongings at UAPB college. My high school and junior school kids would like to label their items, too. Clothes, books, other school supplies they don’t want lost. At home – This would make my new project of organizing so much easier. I would label all sorts of things within our home.
