If you have a child that is constantly active and likes to do a lot of fun activities and sports, well then this book they will definitely enjoy. The book is called “Keeping Fit from A to Z: Mantente en forma de la A a la Z, ” book by  Stephanie Maze.  It is a thirty two page, laminated hardcover book which is geared towards  children 3 years old and up.  This is a book for kids who enjoy having fun while keeping fit at the same time, and this can be done both indoors as well as outdoors.

Keeping Fit from A to Z: Mantente en forma de la A a la Z R book is full of beautifully colorful photos. What i like the most is that it is written in both English and Spanish words for a variety of sports, games, exercises and wonderful activities that kids would really enjoy.  Bi-lingual children and families can also enjoy this book as well.  This book definitely can teach our children about various methods in order to keep active and be physically healthy.  The book focuses on the letters of the Alphabet where each alphabet page has English words for that letter  on the left side and the Spanish words are on the right.  Now, the best part comes at the end where you will have lots of fun activities to try out and things to do. Kids can play games which can include several of their friends, plus parents receive a few tips as well. This book is nicely organized and I know your kids would love it.

The moment I received the book, I called my daughter so we both could look through it.  She was quite amazed at all of the fun sports she saw and was actually thinking when she would try it.  She asked both my husband and I if she can go ice skating. So this Saturday, guess who is going ice-skating?  My daughter plays soccer, and of course my son is intrigued about anything soccer.  When we were flipping through the pages he stopped and saw a soccer ball picture on one of the pages.  He was so excited, that he started to tell me “Soccer Ball” for at least 5 minutes non stop.  It was fun to see how a photo can get them interested in a sport.  So, I definitely think this is a great book and I will definitely recommend it.
