Holiday Gift Guide: The Magical Tale of Santa Dust – A Christmas Tradition

November 29, 2015

Oh my, I can’t hardly believe that Christmas is almost here.  My kids are so excited to start decorating the Christmas Tree, my daughter has already finished her wish list and she is helping her little brother as well.  I love the holiday traditions and one of them is finding a great Christmas/holiday book where we can all read it in front of the fireplace on Christmas Eve.

One of the books that I am excited about sharing with my readers is the The Magical Tale of Santa Dust – A Christmas Tradition by  Patricia Cardello and illustrated by Manuela Soriani.  This book is really great and I just admire the front cover extremely.   The front cover is beautifully illustrated and the colors are just right and sparkly.  I know each child will be excited to read this book just by looking at the front cover.  Now, the velvety pouch that was included with the book was quite a treat I must say.  I was curious to know what exactly needed to be done with it.

Here is a brief description about the book:

The Magical Tale of Santa Dust is a delightful holiday tale of two small children whose house Santa has never been able to find. It’s Christmas Eve again, and the children fear another year will go by without a visit form Santa. But thru the antics of a giggling, bungling elf, and some magical dust, their Christmas dream come true.

My daughter always asks me this questions “Mama how does Santa find our house?” So, we always tell her by decorating our house with colorful bright lights and a special note from you, he will for sure to find our house. She never forgets to place her name and a note to Santa at the chimney.   This book is great because it allows kids to realize that they are not alone that there are kids out there that feel the same way.  I truly believe that this book would be a great gift idea for the Holidays.  It retails for $22.95 and is available at amazon as well.
