As I have stated before, I love books and I encourage my little ones to read everyday. So, here is another great book I believe everyone can enjoy. A Caterpillar, a Bee and a VERY Big Tree, by Brother and sister pair D.B Sanders and Dicksy Wilson, is about two unlikely friends who team up together to save their friends.
The book is filled with positive messages as Gus, the caterpillar, and Shoo Bee, the bee go on about their day in a VERY Big Tree. Gus being a caterpillar is of course very slow and likes to take his time. Shoo Bee is allergic to flowers and can’t participate is most Bee activities. So these two team up and help all of their buddies along the way. The book is told in rhyming verse which makes it fun and easy to read.
I like this book because it teaches how to work together, help others, and to never give up which are great lessons for everyone to learn. This book will make a great holiday gift.
