I have no idea what came over me lately, but all I have been doing recently is cooking and baking for my sweet family. They definitely like me cooking everyday, and I will tell tell you all how it all happened.
Triple Chocolate Cake
As I was in the garage looking through boxes that were sitting around and filling up space, I decided to clean everything out by donating or just trashing them. That was until I came across this box full of old cookbooks that had been stored there over the years. I started to flip through the delicious pages getting lost in the tempting recipes. However, had the kids with me in the garage and I had to keep an eye on them, so I decided to look through all the books later on. Believe me, I was starting to crave all these delicious new recipes I had found. So when my husband came home, he saw me looking at all the cookbooks, and needless to say he was quite happy and excited. He asks me if i was planning on making anything and I said… maybe. He kept on initiating various sources to find more recipes and told me a website to find more and that is how it all started. Funny right!
Triple Layer Chocolate Cake
I decided since, Valentine’s Day is just around the corner, I wanted to make a chocolate cake, but not just any chocolate cake, a Triple Chocolate Cake! I was a little nervous to make a triple layer cake, but my daughter said “You can do it mama” just follow the directions. So I did it, and it was a success and delicious. I shared some with my neighbors and they liked it a lot.

I have a great big stack of cookbooks that I’d be glad to let you dig through and bake for me from! Sorry though, I seriously doubt my husband has any idea of a recipe website to share, but no worries, happy to find you one while you’re working on my baked goods.
The triple layer would also be acceptable :0)

LOOKS ABSOLUTELY DELICIOUS! I think it’s this cold Winter weather that has ignited the baker in each of us. Plus there’s nothing nicer than the aromas of freshly baked goods or the warmth of the oven. Win-win huh?
