In my home we LOVE smoothies! Each day after my daily walk, usually make a Post Workout Smoothie. My smoothie recipe I am sharing with you today is one of my favorite smoothies. It’s quick and easy and most of all a healthy drink.
My Post Workout Smoothie Recipe
INGREDIENTS
- 2 cups ice
- 1 cup of Pineapple Juice
- 1 1/2 cup of Fresh strawberries
- 1 banana
- 1 1/2 cup of blue berries
- 2 TBSP Honey
I then add everything above into Ninja Professional blender, press the start button and blend, blend and blend away. I pour the smoothie slowly into those adorable mason jars, and then grab myself a straw and I am done! This smoothie taste absolutely amazing after my daily walk or any other exercise I am doing, and I know it will be a great healthy drink for you too. Enjoy!
