Healthy Cookies

In my house, we love to eat cookies.  Especially my hubby, he is pretty much addicted to eating cookies and of course the little one, who usually gets one to snack on too.  Now, just a few weeks ago I was given an opportunity to try out some cookies from The Protein Bakery.
