Holiday Gift Guide: Epsom Salt-CLOSED

November 4, 2010

With Epsom Salt you can definitely create your own in home spa treatment. Ever since my hubby made an Epsom Salt bath for me, I have been hooked. I love soaking in a warm bath and letting the Epson Salt ease all my aches away. After your bath, you feel refreshed and your skin will be radiant and glowing. Now, who wouldn’t like that? Pampering yourself and having a good book to read, sure makes it the ultimate at-home spa.

Here is a little bit about Epsom Salt after exercising: “Magnesium sulfate – can help people maintain optimum levels of both magnesium and sulfate.  Sulfate helps form joint proteins and helps keep joints healthy, flushes toxins and improves absorption of nutrients. Magnesium regulates more than 325 enzymes in the body, performing more functions than almost any other mineral. Among the benefits: magnesium helps reduce inflammation to relieve pain and muscle cramps, helps muscles and nerves function properly and helps prevents artery hardening and blood clots”. I use it almost everyday when taking a bath and the results are amazing. The feeling of relaxation and the soothing of your muscles, will make you want to take a more baths :).  My overall experience with Epsom Salt has been wonderful and I truly recommend this product to anyone that wants to create their own spa treatment at home. With all of the holiday shopping and celebrations, you definitely want some Epsom Salt around, to help relax and ease those tired muscles.
