Holiday Gift Guide: Gracie’s Gift Book giveaway-CLOSED

Gracie’s Gift is a lovely animated story book for that special child in your life. The story starts off in the morning of Gracie’s birthday celebration and is excited about great adventures that will happen to her on that special day. Gracie’s excitement suddenly changes when she sees a “Bow” next to her lovely party dress. She is not a big fan of wearing bows in her hair, and she really wasn’t happy seeing one there.  All these little questions start running through her little brain trying to figure out as to why she has to wear a bow? As the story continues, her mother explains to Gracie that she is a gift from God and to celebrate her special day she is placing a bow in her hair.   Gracie’s realizes what it all meant for and is happy to wear a bow in hair.

Author Info: Andrea Eskine Trosclair, is a registered nurse, in which she enjoyed working immensely before being diagnosed with Multiple Sclerosis in 2005. The inspiration for this book is Andrea’s two daughters – her “gifts” that she celebrates & gives thanks for. She has lived in or around Baton Rouge, LA her entire life.

Similar to Gracie, my daughter really doesn’t like to keep bows in her hair, but I just love them so much and insist she has a matching one for every outfit.  After reading this book to her, she totally changes her mind about wearing hair bows in her hair and loves wearing them. What a wonderful gift she is from God.
