Holiday Gift Guide: Star Wars: The Force Awakens SnapTite® Build & Play™ model kit

November 24, 2015

My husband is a big fan of Star Wars, he grew up  watching it and now he is passing this tradition on to my son as well.  So you can imagine his reaction when he found out about the new Star Wars: The Force Awakens movie.  He can hardly sit still before it comes out in December. I must say I am also quite excited to watch the movie myself.

Since they love Star Wars, I thought a great activity to do would be building these ships themselves and that’s where the Star Wars: The Force Awakens SnapTite Build & Play model kit from Revell comes in place.  These fun lights-and-sound scale model kits from Revell take kids 6 and up to a galaxy far, far away!  What I like about model kit is that it is easy to assemble, all you do is snap it together in less then 30 minutes. There is no need to glue anything or use tools and paint.  It looks so realistic and with all the clear details on the Millennium FalconThink about how fun this is, plus it will keep the kids engaged for hours with all the features:

  • Battle action lights and sounds
  • Retractable landing gear
  • Movable Laser Cannons
  • Positional antenna
  • Lighted Hyper Drive Motivator

Some other Replicas of the new movie’s other than the Millennium Falcon are Poe’s X-Wing Fighter, Resistance X-Wing Fighter and First Order Special Forces Tie Fighter.

All these features will make their imagination go wild, and just think of all the memories you will be creating with your children.  You can even keep this as a collectible item as well.  So, if you are big fan of Star Wars or you know of someone who is this will definitely be a great gift idea. It is available at Target for $19.99 each and Toys R Us.

You can connect with Revell via facebook, twitter, pinterest and youtube.
